Shipping Policy
We Halapet deliver our neatly packed products to all Emirates in the UAE through our professional in-house logistics team.
After you place an order, our order processing team will contact you through email or by phone to reconfirm the order. Then our delivery team will contact you for further details about your convenient delivery date and delivery time etc.
Our goal is always to ship your order same-day, but depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 2-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it.
Shipping rates & Delivery time
Normal Delivery
- Free delivery for orders above AED300
- AED30 delivery charge applies for orders below AED300
- Normal delivery within 2-3 business days
Express Delivery
- For express delivery (within 1 business day) AED 100 delivery fee will apply.

PAYMENT TERMS
We offer the following forms of payment:
- Online Payment - Debit/Credit Card (We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards)
- Apple Pay
- Cash on Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY)
All payments should be made in AED (Dirhams). In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Halapet holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of a customer order.
